There's a lot of ingredients that go into making a lovely DVD or CD - most of them we look after, but there are a few things we will need from you. And if you give them to us how we need them, you'll get your copies in record time.

• So, when sending us your master, please send us either a DLT or an authoring DVD. What's that?
